They say curiosity killed the cat, but in my case, it’s the exact trait that brought me here. I’m that person who never gets tired of learning and asking questions, because I believe growth has no limits.
I studied Audiovisual Communication and, almost without realizing it, dived headfirst into marketing. For years, I worked in this industry as a self-taught professional: managing social media, handling PR with the media, writing blog posts, designing… a bit of everything! Since I realized this was my passion, I decided to take it a step further and pursue a Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing.
Shortly after, Súmate recruited me to keep growing professionally. As a digital strategy consultant, I’ve found the perfect place to satisfy my thirst for learning. I love that every client is a whole new world; it gives me a wide lens into a variety of diverse sectors to explore. For me, the best part is seeing the human side behind the commercial process and knowing that our work makes a real impact on businesses.
Outside of work, I’m a unique mix. On one hand, I consider myself a homebody and family-oriented—I love devouring a good book or playing on my PS4 (and the Nintendo DS I’ve kept since I was a kid). But on the other hand, I’m pretty restless. I’m up for anything, whether it’s a mountain hike, a coffee downtown, or enjoying a good movie at the theater—especially if it’s by Tarantino, Tim Burton, Nolan, or Miyazaki. Any plan is a good plan, but my absolute favorite is crossing the pond and discovering new cultures. Shut up and take my money!
